Our Policy
At Antonio's Cupcakes, we take great pride in the quality and freshness of our baked goods. Due to the perishable nature of our products and food safety regulations, we do not accept returns of purchased food items. All sales of baked goods are final.
Quality Commitment
We are committed to ensuring every customer is satisfied with their purchase. All of our products are freshly baked daily using high-quality ingredients. Each product is carefully inspected before it leaves our bakery.
Issues With Your Order
If you experience an issue with your order, such as incorrect items, missing products, or a quality concern, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will address your concerns promptly and may offer a solution at our discretion.
When reporting an issue, please provide:
- Your order number
- Description of the problem
- Photos (if applicable)
- Date and time of purchase
Custom Orders and Special Events
For custom orders, event catering, or special occasion cakes:
- A 50% deposit is required to confirm your order, which is non-refundable.
- Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled date will receive a store credit for the remaining 50% payment (if already paid).
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled date are not eligible for any refund or credit.
Non-Food Items
For non-food merchandise (e.g., bakery-themed gifts, apparel, or accessories):
- Unused, undamaged items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of purchase.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
Best Practices for Product Handling
To ensure the best experience with our products:
- Inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
- Store products according to the instructions provided.
- Consume products by the recommended "best by" date.
- Keep items with delicate decorations upright and handle with care during transport.
